A new construction project "(tentative) Niseko Project - Buildings A and B" is planned at 2-155-263, Niseko Hirafu 2-jo. A public briefing session will be held in accordance with Kutchan Town's Landscape Ordinance.

The project involves two row houses with a mixed structure (RC on 1st floor, wooden on 2nd-4th floors), designed to comply with local landscape regulations with a maximum height of approximately 12.971m.
